WE_COME_FROM_UNDERGROUND (2010)

Shot during a concert in early 2008, called “Local Legends”, the film is a documentary which explores the mutual origins of rock and roll and hip hop music in Beijing.  In combination with concert and rehearsal footage, the film centers  on conversations with long time collaborators and friends, the Beijing live hip hop experience, and heavy metal group twisted machine.  Rap group Yinsanr also make a cameo appearance.
